1. Compliance with the terms of use and this Policy
Any user who uses eol Official Accounts shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of use established by each social media platform and this Policy (including any separate community policies if an Official Account has its own policy) when using an eol Official Account.
2. PRONEXUS' access to user information
Users who register as a fan or follower of an eol Official Account shall be deemed to have granted the eol Official Account access to the name, username, profile picture, gender, network, user ID, friends list, or any other information disclosed by the user.
3. Points to note
- In principle, PRONEXUS's official views are expressed on our website and in our press releases. The information disseminated through eol Official Accounts does not necessarily represent the official comments or views of PRONEXUS.
- PRONEXUS does not reply to all comments or posts from users on eol Official Accounts.
4. Prohibited Acts
When using an eol Official Account, any user may not engage in any of the following acts. If a user engages in any of the following acts, PRONEXUS may, at its discretion, delete the relevant posts (comments, photos, videos, links, or other content) without prior notice. PRONEXUS may also block or remove the user.
- To impersonate PRONEXUS or a third party;
- To interfere with smooth operations or cause trouble to others;
- To include content that has nothing to do with the content on the eol Official Account;
- To use or reproduce information provided by PRONEXUS for a purpose beyond the scope of personal use;
- To include content that is deemed to be in violation of a social media platform's terms of use;
- Topost or transmit content related to political, electoral or religious activities;
- To post or transmit content intended for a criminal act or that may incite a criminal act;
- To post or transmit inappropriate content, including obscene representations, etc.;
- To post or transmit harmful computer programs, etc.;
- To violate, or be likely to violate, laws, regulations, or public order and morals (including acts related to illegal modification, dangerous driving, etc.);
- To infringe copyrights, trademark rights, the prestige, or other rights of PRONEXUS or a third party;
- To post or transmit private information (including your own or another person's email address, phone number, address, etc.):
- To slander a specific individual, company, property or region;
- To post or transmit content for the purpose of advertising or solicitation, such as advertisements or affiliate information;
- To hack into a computer by borrowing or stealing someone's name or address;
- To have a minor use, or post or comment any content on, Official
- Account; or
To post or transmit content that contains any of the following representations (including similar representations):- - Representations not based on a specific event;
- - Representations that can be judged to be significantly different from fact;
- - Discriminatory representations;
- - Representations that are problematic from an ethical point of view;
- - Inappropriate representations that may make other users uncomfortable:
- - Representations that disclose private correspondence with PRONEXUS or a third party;
- - False content, misrepresentations, or misleading representations; or
- - Any other representations that PRONEXUS finds inappropriate in light of the purpose.
5. Disclaimers
- PRONEXUS does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness, etc. of the information posted on eol Official Accounts.
- PRONEXUS shall not be liable for any damage caused by the user's use, or inability to use, an eol Official Account.
- PRONEXUS shall not be liable for any content posted by users.
- PRONEXUS shall not be liable for any trouble or disputes between users or between users and third parties in connection with an eol Official Account.
- In addition to the above, PRONEXUS shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users or third parties in connection with an eol Official Account.
- PRONEXUS may terminate or change the operation of an eol Official Account without prior notice.
6. Personal information
If PRONEXUS acquires personal information from users, PRONEXUS will appropriately manage that personal information in accordance with our “Privacy policy” and “About the handling of personal information.”
7. Intellectual property rights
- The rights to all content, corporate logos and marks, trademarks, and images, etc. disseminated through eol Official Accounts are not waived or transferred unless otherwise stated, and are protected by laws and treaties relating to intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how).
8. Other
- In principle, PRONEXUS will not accept user's proposals for ideas on technology and designs from users through this page. PRONEXUS shall have no obligation to review or report it, to maintain confidentiality, or to pay for user's proposal.
