PRONEXUS' predecessor company, Asia Shokai, was founded in December 1930 as a firm specializing in the printing of securities certificates.
Asia Securities Printing Co., Ltd. was established after the end of World War II in May 1947 under the aspiration to rebuild and further develop the Company's business portfolio. After nearly 60 years of growth and expanding its business, the company was renamed PRONEXUS Inc. on October 1, 2006.
