We present the following model cases to explain this.
A person became a shareholder 15 years earlier with a purchase of 100 shares.Later the person purchased additional shares over the course of several years. At the time of the record date, they have 1,000 or more shares.
This person receives a Quo card of 10,000 yen because they qualify under “1,000 shares or more for more than 10 years.”The number of years held is the number of years that the same shareholder number is continuously listed in the shareholder register.During that period, the number of shares held may change.
If you have used the “stock lending service,” your shareholder number may change, and in such cases, the number of years held will reset to “less than one year.”Depending on which securities company you trade with, operations may be different. Please check with your securities company or equivalent for details.Furthermore, the number of shares held is determined based on the number of shares owned at the record data that determines eligibility, and past share ownership is not considered.
About PRONEXUS
-
Our company was originally founded as Asia Shokai, as a company specializing in printing securities certificates, in December 1930. After the war, aiming for business revival and development, we reestablished as Asia Securities Printing Co., Ltd. in May 1947.
Then, responding to the changes to the environment, such as large revisions to the Commercial Code (now Companies Act), we expanded operations from a stock certificate printing company to a specialty printing company that also prints various documents related to the Commercial Code of Japan, including documents involving general shareholders’ meetings of client companies. In addition, by pioneering the printing of securities, documents related to the Securities and Exchange Act (now the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act), such as IPOs, financial reporting and finance, we expanded our disclosure business. On October 1, 2006, we changed our name to PRONEXUS INC.Please visit our “Company history” where we introduce our history from our founding to the present.
