ISO management system certifications

Certifications

PRONEXUS has long been promoting CSR management as it recognizes the importance of the social responsibility it assumes by being closely involved with the capital markets through its business, which includes handling financial information that is directly linked to evaluation of corporate value and preparing disclosure materials.

By promoting activities based on management systems, we will continue to fulfill our responsibilities to our clients through our business, and we will also continue to carry out CSR management based on our social mission, including thorough information security and compliance, the pursuit of high-quality manufacturing with no errors, and the practice of business activities with low environmental impact.

May 2006

Obtained ISO 14001 (EMS: Environmental Management Systems) in the manufacturing department

Apr. 2008

Expanded the scope of ISO 27001 (ISMS: Information Security Management Systems) that had been obtained in the information systems department to the entire company

May 2008

Re-obtained ISO 9001 (QMS: Quality Management Systems) throughout the entire company

Oct. 2010

Obtained Privacy Mark compliant with JIS Q 15001, and further strengthened security of information including personal information

ISO/IEC 27001 certification

We are working to implement and strengthen our information security management systems, and have obtained certification for the international standard ISO/IEC 27001 for the entire company.

ISO 9001 certification

We have obtained ISO 9001 certification, an international standard for quality management systems, for the entire company, with the aim of continuously improving client satisfaction with our products and services.

We have obtained ISO 14001 certification for our environmental management system at the Toda Factory based on the recognition that there is greater social demand for environmental conservation.

Privacy Mark

We have obtained Privacy Mark for the appropriate handling of personal information that cannot be covered by ISO 27001.

FSC® CoC certification

The FSC® logo indicates that a product is made from raw materials from properly managed FSC®-certified forests and other controlled sources. The Company uses FSC®-certified paper.

Basic policy on information security

Basic policy

We are pioneering the provision of services that contribute to enhancing the reliability of an essential social infrastructure through delivering our clients’ information safely, quickly and securely.
We establish the following objectives and code of conduct to ensure reliable and secure information security, enabling clients to use our services with confidence.

Objective

Achieve zero information security incidents while preserving the convenience of our clients and maintaining the operability for our employees

Code of conduct

  1. To achieve a well-organized and continuous operation, we will set up a committee for the ISMS (information security management system), and ensure the establishment and maintenance of an ISMS.
  2. We will construct and implement risk management necessary to achieve high confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  3. We will establish criteria for reasonably assessing risks and a risk assessment structure.
  4. We will comply with legal or regulatory matters related to information security.
  5. We will comply with contractual security requirements.
  6. The basic philosophy , objective, and code of conduct apply to the entire company.
  7. In the event of an information security incident or accident, we will promptly address it to prevent further damage.
  8. We implement business continuity measures in preparation for emergencies during disasters.
  9. We will measure and evaluate the effectiveness of information security controls.
  10. We will conduct information security education and training, and strive for awareness.
  11. We will take strict measures against violations related to information security.

Quality policy

  1. We will reflect client requirements and continuously provide products and services that satisfy clients.
  2. We will clarify the relevant laws and regulations and other requirements that the Company must follow, and we will observe them and fulfill our social role.
  3. We will set quality targets, implement them, evaluate reviews, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our quality management systems.
