Founding 1930s–1980s
- December 1930
- Predecessor company Asia Shokai was founded (Chuo Ward, Tokyo)
- May 1947
- Established Asia Securities Printing Co., Ltd. to engage in the printing of stock and other securities certificates (Chuo Ward, Tokyo) Kazuo Ueno assumed the position of President and Representative Director
- May 1952
- Relocated the head office factory (Minato Ward, Tokyo)

1957: Developed offset printing press using the Orlov-Sammeldruck printing method
- July 1963
- Received accreditation from each of Japan’s stock exchanges as a qualified provider of stock certificate printing services
- October 1968
- Made inroads into the business form sector
- March 1973
- Established the Osaka Sales Office (currently, the Osaka Branch) to enhance the sales and marketing activities in the Kansai region (Tennoji Ward, Osaka)
- December 1975
- Purchased a factory building in Minato Ward, Tokyo, making it the Shimbashi No. 1 Factory specializing in the printing of stock certificates
- January 1976
- Morio Ueno assumed the position of President and Representative Director
- April 1978
- Expanded operations from a dedicated stock certificate printing company to a specialty printing company that also prints various documents related to the Commercial Code of Japan, including documents involving general shareholders’ meetings of client companies

Around 1957: Sammeldruck printing press

- April 1985
- Expanded operational scope as a disclosure business, which entailed developing disclosure documents related to the Securities and Exchange Act of Japan in areas such as IPOs, financial reporting and finance, in addition to printing of securities and documents related to the Commercial Code of Japan
- December 1985
- Completed construction of the new head office and head office factory building (Minato Ward, Tokyo)
- January 1986
- Introduced the Integrated Publishing System (IPS) to enhance character data processing
- August 1988
- Relocated the Osaka Sales Office to Kitahama (current location: Kitahama, Chuo Ward, Osaka)
- December 1989
- Established ASP Communications Co., Ltd. in Toyama City to bolster the character data processing structure (currently, a consolidated subsidiary)


1990s
- January 1991
- Established the Nagoya Sales Office (currently, the Nagoya Branch) to enhance the sales and marketing activities in the Tokai region (Naka Ward, Nagoya)
- July 1994
- Registered its stock for over-the-counter trading with the Japan Securities Dealers Association
- December 1994
- Established the Fukuoka Sales Office to enhance the sales and marketing activities in the Kyushu region (Chuo Ward, Fukuoka)

- Launched the Disclosure Practice Study Group as an organization providing information related to practical disclosure operations for clients

- Established the Sapporo Sales Office to enhance the sales and marketing activities in the Hokkaido region (Chuo Ward, Sapporo)

- Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
- January 1997
- Constructed a new factory in Toyama City to expand the scale of the business operations and leased it to ASP Communications Co., Ltd., which relocated its head office to the site of the factory

- Established the Hiroshima Sales Office to enhance the sales and marketing activities in the Chugoku region (Naka Ward, Hiroshima)

- Established the ASP Information Center within ASP Communications Co., Ltd.

- Security Logistics Co., Ltd. commenced operations to deliver the Company’s products and services

- The facilities of the ASP Information Center established within ASP Communications Co., Ltd. were expanded to enhance security and capacity

- Established eol, Inc. for the distribution of corporate financial information over the internet in order to cultivate the content business segment

- Established a2media corporation for the planning and production of IR-related tools in order to expand the IR business segment

- ASP Communications Co., Ltd. acquired Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification
