Predecessor company Asia Shokai was founded (Chuo Ward, Tokyo)

Established Asia Securities Printing Co., Ltd. to engage in the printing of stock and other securities certificates (Chuo Ward, Tokyo) Kazuo Ueno assumed the position of President and Representative Director
